Join us in making a difference!
WelcomeNST empowers communities to participate directly in immigrant resettlement. We recruit, train, and mentor volunteers to form Neighborhood Support Teams (NSTs) that provide comprehensive support to newly arrived immigrant families. This support includes securing housing, navigating community resources (e.g., schools, banking, medical care, etc.), assisting with employment and budgeting, and fostering social connections. Neighborhood Support Teams also conduct peer-to-peer fundraising on our platform to support their assigned families until they achieve self-sufficiency. We currently have approximately ten part-time employees and manage between ten to thirty active Neighborhood Support Teams across the U.S., each staffed by five to twenty-five volunteers. Annual donations, both restricted and unrestricted, range from $500,000 to $1,500,000.
